Agree on a verifiable checklist
The checklist may cover quantities, labels, packing lists, packaging condition, product references, visual workmanship or sample comparisons. Criteria should be agreed before inspection.
Confirm what can and cannot be inspected
Some properties require measurements, laboratory analysis or accredited certification. Visual checks and documentation reviews must not be described as comprehensive product testing.
Coordinate the appropriate inspection party
We can support scheduling with the manufacturer and, where needed, coordination with independent inspectors or testing professionals. We identify the party responsible for each assessment.
Follow up before dispatch
Reported discrepancies can be communicated to the supplier before loading. Release decisions and commercial acceptance remain with the buyer and relevant parties.

- Can you oversee container loading?
- Loading support may be arranged depending on site access, shipment timing, location and the agreed service scope.
